Career development –
expanding opportunities
Within Gender School, we wish to find methods to break down the traditional picture of the term "career" from four perspectives: learning, effectiveness, utilisation of resources, and confirmation where the gender perspective has a given role.
In this way, we can start a process that leads to new perspectives, awareness and an organisational culture that encourages and provides prerequisites for a balanced life, and for employees to feel well-being and motivation in their work.
The project shall generate tools within areas where incitement for career development with a gender perspective is required. Within the partnership, we would like career development to be a central part in both the employees' and the managers' development plans, and that the preconditions to transform these plans into reality really exist.
