Women managers with disabilities
The objective of this project is to place emphasis on women who, despite disabilities, hold managerial positions. There is remarkably little assembled knowledge regarding the gender perspective of questions concerning the disabled. One consequence of the gender perspective being ignored in research of dysfunctions is that society's various reforms and measures are designed without knowledge of how they work for women and men respectively.
