Gender School's objective is to increase equal opportunities at work based on knowledge, changed attitudes and development processes. It should be as natural a part of life to follow regulations and laws regarding equal opportunities as it is to respect our road traffic laws. The project embraces a comprehensive change process where equal opportunities issues become integrated into day-to-day work.
