An analysis and charting of current management training programs within the County Council and the National Road Administration is being carried out to ensure that each training program contains a gender perspective as an integral part of each training session. Manager training courses are analysed and provided with "gender reading glasses".

The objective of the subproject is that there be a gender perspective in each manager training course by the end of 2007 at the latest, and that such be an integral part of each part of the training program.
