Recruitment – a conscious strategy
to enhance gender equality
People are ignorant and unaware of the mechanisms that can lead to discrimination at work. We therefore produce within the subproject methods and tools that ensure that no gender discrimination takes place prior to, during or after each recruitment process.
The objective of the project is that there be tools and methods in place by the end of 2007 at the latest that ensure that no discrimination arises when recruiting, and that they be applied by at least one employer within the development partnership.
